Giving Every Child a Chance to Heal
Every September, the world comes together to mark Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, a time to shine light on children’s battle with cancer, and to honor the resilience of families who refuse to give up hope.
In Pakistan, the crisis is especially urgent. Each year, 10,000–12,000 children are diagnosed with cancer, but survival rates remain alarmingly low at only 20–30%, compared to 80% in developed nations.
Survival rates remain significantly low because of:
How is IHHN Changing the Health Paradigm?
At its Korangi Campus in Karachi, the Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) runs one of South Asia’s largest paediatric oncology units, a lifeline for children who would otherwise be left behind. IHHN provides free of cost pediatric cancer treatment, costing up to $6,000 per child, yearly.[/vc_column_text]

IHHN believes healing must go beyond clinical care. Its holistic and equitable model ensures that survival isn’t determined by wealth or geography, but remains accessible to all.
Anabiya was treated for blood cancer by IHHN’s skilled team of oncologists. Appreciating Indus Hospital & Health Network’s efforts in giving Anabiya a healthy future, her father, Rameez adds, “This hospital didn’t just treat my daughter, it gave her a chance to live.”
Together, we can ensure no child in Pakistan is denied a future because of cancer, a treatable disease. With your support, IHHN can continue to be the Light Beyond Cancer.

Embark on a meaningful journey by getting involved in our mission to provide quality healthcare for all. Your involvement can make a significant difference in the lives of those in need. Here’s how you can be a catalyst for change.
